That had multiple grades so. That you could see. How the the specialized experience and things can be different in one position. Because in a multiple grade position. What they would call a career ladder would be at the lower grades. You would have less responsibilities and higher supervision.
You would at the high grade then. You have more responsibilities less supervision so we're gonna scroll down to the sections. That matter so first thing is the summary of the position you're gonna want to understand. What you're applying to before. Even get started then the main sections to consider are the requirements so. You may or may not have to take a drug test. It may be required. If you're a male. You have to be a Selective Service registered. You may have to serve a probationary period depending on whether. You already work for the government or not background check same thing and online onboarding which is a new thing where.
All your processing is electronic and all the forms are in a in a portal through a website and you go in and complete those documents so. These are things. That you're gonna be rated against Sochaux a commitment to the VA customer service communication skills and enter. These are all still just abstract things. This qualifications section that's what you're looking for so. You already work in the government and you're eligible to apply then. You must have the month year month year and full or part-time for your experience block but then within. That block you have to have at least. More flexible. You can substitute education for experience. If it's specified in the job announcement otherwise. You won't be able to so in this case. One full year of graduate education and at the seven and they also left out superior academic achievement but but that's a bachelor's degree in a related field with a GPA that's above 30 excuse.
